Fate/strange Fake Reveals English Dubbing Cast

Aniplex USA revealed this Wednesday (7) the English dubbing cast for the highly anticipated TV series Fate/strange Fake. The news came through a new trailer, confirming that the anime is now available to the international audience. Meanwhile, Crunchyroll has taken on the distribution role, broadcasting new dubbed episodes every week during January 2026. This way, Brazilian fans and those from all over South America can finally follow the new adventure of the famous franchise weekly and accessibly.
The premiere in Japan, however, happened a bit earlier, at the beginning of the month. The Japanese broadcast started on January 3rd, with a special 90-minute episode that combined the Whispers of Dawn special and the first episode of the main series. This release is especially relevant because the production was originally scheduled for 2025 but suffered a delay. Therefore, the fan community’s expectation is at its peak, eager to see how this new story fits into the complex Fate universe.
Production and Soundtrack Details
In addition to the dubbing cast, other big names ensure the production’s quality. The direction is handled by Shun Enokido and Takahito Sakazume, professionals with vast experience in projects from the Fate/Grand Order franchise. Meanwhile, the soundtrack is signed by none other than Hiroyuki Sawano, the composer renowned for works in Attack on Titan and Mobile Suit Gundam UC. The opening theme, in turn, is handled by the collaboration between SawanoHiroyuki[nZk], Jean-Ken Johnny (from the band MAN WITH A MISSION) and TAKUMA (from 10-FEET), promising an energetic and memorable theme.
The origin of the story is curious and begins as an April Fools’ joke in 2008, created by Ryohgo Narita, author of Baccano! and Durarara!!. However, the concept was so well received that it evolved into a light novel, with illustrations by Shizuki Morii, whose ninth volume was released in 2024. Therefore, the series arrives with solid source material and a legion of fans already familiar with its plot. With streaming available in regions such as the Americas, Europe, and Africa, the Fate franchise proves, once again, its global reach and its ability to renew viewers’ interest.
