Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle returns in spring after delays

The anime series Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle, which experienced production delays last November, finally has news for its fans in Brazil and around the world. The production team announced that the three remaining episodes of the season, corresponding to chapters 11, 12, and 13, are confirmed to premiere in the spring of 2026, that is, between March and June of this year. This happened because the episodes needed to be rescheduled due to production circumstances that affected the original broadcast, forcing the studios to postpone the content. Therefore, those following the story on Crunchyroll, the platform that streams the anime simultaneously with Japan, can rest assured: the season’s conclusion is guaranteed.
The final stretch of the broadcast occurred in a concentrated manner in December 2025, with episodes 7 to 10 airing in sequence. Thus, the anime, which premiered last October, maintained its pace after the initial setback. The direction is handled by Yūji Tokuno, known for works such as Pretty Boy Detective Club, at the feel. studio, while the scripts are supervised by Naruhisa Arakawa, responsible for acclaimed series like Kingdom. This experienced team is one of the main reasons for the relevance and expectations surrounding the title.
Production details and source material
In addition to the confirmation of the final episodes, it is worth highlighting the talent behind the series. Character designs are handled by Sumie Kinoshita, an artist with experience in Forest of Piano. The soundtrack also deserves attention, with the opening “Liar” performed by Kucci and the ending “Kagerō” played by Cider Girl. The anime is based on the successful light novel written by Hiromu with illustrations by raemz, which began its journey back in 2019 and already has several volumes published.
For fans who wish to consume the story in other ways, the manga adaptation by Bobcat, which concluded with its eighth volume in March 2025, is digitally available in English. Despite this, there is still no official release forecast for physical copies in Brazil. Scheduled for completion next season, Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle promises to close its first season with a golden key, giving viewers the continuation of the plot that began with so many setbacks.
