Arknights: Endfield, the new gacha RPG from developer Hypergryph, will not be available on the Xbox Game Pass subscription service. The game, which expands the universe of the original 2019 title, officially launched on PC on January 22, 2026. The news directly impacts Brazilian players who own an Xbox Series X|S console, as the title also won't have a version for those platforms. The decision stems from the game's free-to-play model, which makes its inclusion in the subscription catalog less necessary.
As a result of this strategy, Brazilian fans can only access Arknights: Endfield on personal computers, where the game is free, or on the rival PlayStation 5 console. Despite the frustration for Xbox owners, the PC version promises to be accessible without any additional cost. In this way, Hypergryph opts for a segmented launch, focusing on specific platforms while leaving a significant part of the console market aside, at least for now.

At the moment, there is no indication that Arknights: Endfield will be added to Game Pass in the future. The logic behind this is clear: since the game is already free, its presence on Microsoft's subscription service wouldn't provide a direct financial benefit to players.
