The first season, which premiered in April 2025, tells the story of Zenos, a man born in the slums who overcomes poverty to become a healer. However, despite his talent, his adventuring party abandons him. As a result, he decides to use his self-taught skills to open an underground clinic in the city's alleys, gaining fame as a healing genius in the shadows. The popularity of the plot, which combines redemption and dark fantasy, is the main reason for the continuation.

With a premiere scheduled still for this year 2026, the second season is expected to continue with Joe Yoshizaki directing and Taika Miyagi writing, produced by studio Makaria Inc.
