Team Ninja has just confirmed that Dead or Alive 6 Last Round will arrive on PlayStation 5 on June 25, 2026. Celebrating the franchise's 30th anniversary this year, the studio brings the optimized version for current hardware, while also revealing that a new title in the series is already in development behind the scenes. Thus, fans who were asking for news about the future of 3D fighting finally got the answers they were waiting for.

The game launches with 29 playable characters in total, combining the 24 from the original release with the 5 fighters that previously arrived via DLC. Additionally, each fighter receives a pack of five different costumes for customization. On the other hand, the team included a new photo mode to capture every angle of the battles in high resolution. Performance has also been improved to take advantage of the PS5's processing power, ensuring smoother fights.
