Team Ninja has just confirmed that Dead or Alive 6 Last Round is coming to PlayStation 5 on June 25, 2026. Celebrating the franchise’s 30th anniversary this year, the studio is bringing the version optimized for current hardware, while also revealing that a new series title is already in development behind the scenes. As such, fans asking for news about the future of 3D fighting have finally received the answers they were waiting for.
The game arrives with 29 playable characters in total, combining the 24 from the original launch with the 5 fighters previously released as DLC. In addition, each fighter gets a pack of five different costumes for customization. The team also included a new photo mode to capture every angle of battles in high resolution. Performance has also been improved to take advantage of the PS5’s processing power, ensuring smoother fights.

For those who prefer to try before buying, the free version (Free to Play) will launch simultaneously in June.
